Hello! My name is William Currin, and I have been the head professional at Heron Point for over five years.  I am a graduate of “The Golf Academy of the Carolinas”  located here in Myrtle Beach.  A couple of my passions are playing golf whenever I get a chance and helping others with their game.  I’ve worked with a variety of golfers from first timers through professionals.  Two of my students included professional athletes, such as rising NBA superstar, Ramon sessions, and former Boxing Heavyweight Champion of the World,  James “Bonecrusher” Smith.

The uniqueness of my approach to teaching golf is teaching people to appreciate the game as a game, where one can enjoy being out on the fairway as well as the comraderie of team mates, both of which golf offers. Foremost I want people to have fun and be able to look forward to their golf day. This means teaching one to play well enough so there is minimum frustration and maximum enjoyment.

During the lessons, I use video analysis and the H3 Swingtrainer, which is soon to hit the market. I look forward to assisting you with your golf game.  The lesson packages are listed below.
